Worst agency to ever deal with. Extremely unprofessional. ellie and chloe are the most useless recruitment workers I've come across. Ignore calls and texts over a variety of issues, and if by some miracle they do answer or reply, they are very childish and rude. Am2pm should hire competent workers.

Useless! Would not recommend entertaining any work / indeed advertisements from this poor company. I was told I was starting work this Monday, came to their office in Manchester City Centre to register, was then told I had the role and would receive a text message with all information, address etc. Never received anything, when I rang on Monday to enquire the girl on the phone sounded like she did not know what day it was and asked if I could start Tuesday. She then said I would receive a text definitely as the texts were going out before 5pm that day. Once again received nothing. The next day I rang they said the position was now filled and tried palming me off onto a different role. Was then told I would receive a call to confirm this. Once again nothing tried ringing for two days blatantly ignored straight to voicemail. Liars. Awful agency. Please sort yourself’s out and learn how to do your job fools!

Worst experience working with this agency! At first they will treat you as VIP and when you start working with them they don’t even give attention to your enquiries. Moreover, the days you are available for, they don’t give you a shift for that day! And they lady who gives you the schedule for shifts is also very rude.
