Be careful with this letting agency as they like to scam people. We viewed one of their properties and they called and told me we can start the renting process and took a holding deposit. Without even completing my process; they put the add back up for £100 more. The whole point of a holding deposit is to take the property off the market for the time being. Please don’t waste your time with them and trust the other bad reviews too. I believe all the positive reviews are fake

Won’t fix leak in my roof terrible serviceAlso due to water damage they offered me a television as mine was destroyed back in November it’s now 2023 the property was basically a garage turned into what looks good until you move in £922 per month and 1 small leak then a massive one that ruined everything I took 5 days for builder to turn up and he told me the roof needs total replacement and if the landlord wouldn’t give him the money he could only patch it up not properly fix it only I tested in getting paid and you have estate agents doing valuations every 2 months and they never get back to you unless it’s in there interest caused me no end of problems nice enough people but shady service also I was forced into taking the property by runneymead council accept it or sleep rough talk about caught between the devil and the deep blue sea Avoid if possible.

I live at Sw165ae nice place but if u have any issues ie out of hours then u are in trouble. The electric in the house went and we had no lights heating we had nothing in -4 degrees all weekend i till someone was in on Monday. I’ve been locked out all weekend as they have the spare key I’ve been locked out since Saturday as they all leave the office half day on Friday I mean no out of hours number it’s in heard off. They are nice when they are getting your money but if they have got to go out of their way for you then forget it.

Went to view a property and after going to the office to sign the contract one of the staff called my support worker into another room then when my support worker came back to me he was ready to leave without giving a reason to why they all of sudden didn't want to rent the property to me the only reason I can think is that I am Muslim and was wearing head scarf while they are Jewish

These extortion artist have no regard for living conditions or health and safety... No regulation fire check door on the kitchen with a faulty oven and no extraction what so ever in a closed in kitchen with no window... The electric cupboard to all the property has no lock and fails to shut most of the time so is open to all weather conditions... My earderly mother came to visit and fell up the stairs because the carpet is not fixed down they said they would fix the problem that was 5 months ago... No insulation to the front door which dose not fit in the frame properly and any of the interior doors so cannot hold heat in the house... People they send round are rude unable to communicate in English and have no identification to prove who they are and when confronted become rude and physicaly aggressive... Here are just a few photos of the kind of work they produce in a house that take over 5 and a half grands worth of rent lol absolute joke.. The staff are rude and arrogant and talk down to you and try to belittle you

I was very particular with what I wanted for my property, I am aware that I am quite difficult but AM PM Estates managed to life up to my expectations.
