    I contacted this company by telephone on 17.03.21 and explained I needed a quote for some work doing in my home. We arranged for him to come and have a look on 20.03.21 and give me a quote. On 19.03.21 I sent some photos via Whatsapp, however, I got an immediate reply that he wouldn't be able to get to it as he just started work on a new build and was "going to be on it for months". I'm guessing he would have simply not turned up on 20th as we'd previously agreed.
