Excellent professional service, to deal with insurance and turn the repair around in really good time, excellent communication throughout. They have a dedicated admin person, which makes life so much easier than dealing with a mechanic or someone who doesn't really want to be bothered with the admin. The repair itself was very good.

Avoid if you like not to waste your time and money. Called in for a timing chain replacement and was given a price and then after I requested a day was given a day booked after 3 days, I said fine. 1 day later was given another price, I said ok, and on the booked day and time I go there and he is telling me I don't have space to keep it, bring it after a few days, bare in mind I took and paid for recovery to take it there because I did not wanted to drive with very noisy chain. So I wasted my time waiting for the appointment day and money. I was very patient and waited for the day that he wanted just to be told ohh I am busy and I don't have space without caring that I had to pay for recovery. Avoid

We had our Hyundai i10.. serviced and MOT.. both done and in a timely manner. Our car passed the MOT with an advisory. AM Auto offered to do the job.. front brakes and discs, and offered a discount as our car was already there. They were not pushy and gave us a good price. We had the car repaired. This is the 2nd car we have brought here, and will defo be back next year for repeat service and MOT.

We booked our car in with AM Motors online and even had communication from them, but after driving for over an hour to get there, nobody was there. Nobody answered the phone (something we consistently found throughout the whole process) and we had to drive away again and find another garage. We are disappointed.

I use this garage for first time, they replaced clutch in my car. I couldn't drop my car to garage, they send gentlemen to pick up my car and they delivered to me without extra charge. They informed me about progress of repair. Very friendly and polite!!!!! I strongly recommend !
