If i could give 0 I would. If you need to see the doctor you have a daily half an hour slot to FIGHT for an appt that day or wait 4 weeks. they will not book you in for the emergency apps for the next day...even tho they tell you your need to see a doctor is urgent. Your other option is 111. This is not a fair way to distribute medical time to the community. Nobody thinks this is right, Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Wish I never changed to this surgery. Would not recommend to anybody EVER. Twice they have made it so difficult to get my medication that isn't something that can be missed...even a nurse I spoke to on 111 said she has never known anything like it. Feel completely let down and even avoid having to communicate with them in any way. Will be changing doctors.

This surgery really is the best in the area. The reception team is very friendly, have spoke to Steve a few times and is so helpful. Been with this surgery a few months now, medication is always done on time, normal doctors appointments is a few week wait but that's every surgery. Urgent appointments available on the day if you call early in the morning. I saw Paul last week who I think is training to be an advanced practioneer , I. Pretty sure that's the title he told me he is training for and once again he was so helpful. Had a nasty ear infection , he gave me the right care and medication and now the infection has gone. He really is a credit to the surgery

Suffering from high blood preasure for years, feel dizzy and sick. 150s / 90s. Been through all the tests with nurses who agree. Seen the doctor who fobs me off and says it's normal. Reception staff must be part time doctors as when told to book an appointment with the doctor about BP, they proceed to book instead with a nurse. Real problems and issues with listening and taking on board what you need. I have now just given up
