I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the level of care and service I received at your facility. I was in need of spine surgery and sought treatment at your medical centre, but was neglected and left without proper care. Additionally, I found it extremely difficult to get an appointment at your facility. The process was lengthy, and the receptionists were unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. This only added to my frustration and made it even harder for me to receive the medical attention I needed. I believe that every patient deserves to be treated with care and compassion, and it is unacceptable that I was neglected and left without the proper medical attention I needed. I urge you to improve your services and provide better care for your patients.

By checking patients online reviews I registered my self over here. Today is my first visit for blood test. Appointment time for blood test was 9:30am and now its 10:30. Haven't called yet. Long long wait. Other patients are waiting in waiting area and complaining the same. Dead slow service...

They still have kept the woman who stole from the elderly when working in a care home. She is still allowed to work at a professional working place despite her previous and the fact she has a criminal record of being untrustworthy. Shocking place and the doctors are just as bad. No professionalism whatsoever. They should blacklist that woman from ever working in the public health sector and the surgery should be ashamed of themselves. Will be changing my GP and not returning & I strongly advise anyone with morals and bit of dignity to do the same. Thank you.

The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. The phone lines maybe very busy most of the time but they always respond and patiently listen to you and guide/advise if required. Their web portal is also very effective and they respond within 24 hours. The doctors are easily accessible for telephonic as well as face to face appointments. The nursing staff is cheerful, professional and courteous. Over all I am really satisfied.
