Fitted hall and kitchen, they measured the wrong Lino for the kitchen so had to do a join. They couldn’t match the pattern and cut the line on an angle so it is not straight. The Lino started to bubble the day after and despite paying for the door strips we have never received them. They promised to rectify the Lino and replace it but they are now ignoring messages and when we do get through to the shop a call back is promised but never happens. We h ave now escalated this matter. Please do not go here they are unprofessional and will not take responsibility of their shoddy workmanship

(I normally dont write reviews ) I got some laminated flooring fitted for the livingroom which broken a week later because they weren't fitted properly. My advice is to avoid this shop at all cost or else they will use excuses after excuses when something goes wrong. My recommendation is to pay abit extra and get a professional job done or else your wasting your hard earned money .

The owner did not know what a vapour barrier was, said he'd been installing laminates for years on concrete without one, refused to rectify damaged laminates due to incorrect install over a short period. Cowboys - avoid at all costs.

Do not use fraudsters will do a sub standard job and not return to complete and fix the job stay well clear rather spend the extra money and get professionals to do the work. Biggest mistake using these unprofessional people. Stay away for your own good.
