Very poor service and new windows and doors still not repaired!! We have been trying for over 18 months to arrange for Alufast to come back and repair our windows and doors that were not fitted correctly. We've had appointments booked and no one has turned up and calls do not get returned!!!!

They fitted my window and had issues with the panels since then, not only had issues having opening as wide as 2 cm so the air just comes in as it pleases, however one of the window panel broke on its own. The company not replying to calls and emails and does not adhere to warranties. It's a complete joke.

Absolutely disgraceful service. I first contacted this company in March asking for a quote. Some windows have already been manufactured and ready for delivery. However the building contractor at the time, did not order all of the windows that I require so hence asking for a further quote. After several phone calls and emails and also my partner calling in to the office, I have still not received a quote. The owner, Jim, has no clue of customer service. Clearly doesn't want my business as he hung up on me.

Very disappointed as this company was highly recommended for their competitive prices and excellent customer service. I had made an appointment for someone to come out to measure for a patio/bifold door and they didn't arrive- this happened on two occassions!! I even went down to the office to highlight that no one arrived to which I was assured someone would contact me back... Still waiting. Such a shame that they're operating buisness in this way.
