Went for a wax removal recently and the service was excellent. One of my ears was completely blocked with wax pushing down on my eardrum. The staff was very professional and caring, kept checking with me if everything was okay and I was feeling alright. I have not been able to hear a lot out of my right ear in particular and felt like I was going deaf! Rest assured I left feeling like a new person! Would definitely recommend and us them again. Also should add I was very easer for my appointment so turned up a lot earlier than my appointment time and was seen straightaway. Thank you again

What a Great choice!! I was told I needed wax removal before having a hearing test and decided to give AHC a go. Although it took 4 visits to get all the wax out of my ears, Terry was very patient and only removed the wax that was ready and loose each time. He explained what he was doing all the way through and gave good advice as to what I needed to do between visits. It was so helpful to be shown the inside of my ears with the camera and have an explanation of what was there. At the end Terry was concerned about the appearance of my eardrum and therefore sent me a photo which I was then able to send to the doctor - so helpful. Very professional, helpful, thorough, patient, caring. AHC is a lovely establishment which I would thoroughly recommend. And just in case you are wondering - I only paid once, Terry will take as long as it takes to remove wax, and won't be rushed.

Went for ear wax removal and what a fantastic experience! I've historically had ear wax removed by the NHS, however the benefit of going to Alton Hearing Care was that Terry was able to show me the condition of my ear drums both before and after the procedure using a camera. Terry explained clearly what was going to happen and made sure that I was comfortable. Fantastic service, friendly and professional.

The service I received could not have been better. From my phone call to the receptionist Sian to arrange my appointment to have the wax taken from my ear's with Rebecca, to a follow up appointment with Terry went without a hitch. All were extremely polite, very knowledgeable and most professional. I could not have received better treatment and I highly recommend Alton Hearing Care .

I've been told by my surgeon to only have micro suction to keep my ears in good working order, naughty boy me as I have not been to the NHS for many years as it was uncomfortable and very noisy. It appears the NHS do not provide this service anymore, so I booked myself into see Terry at Alton Hearing Care. He uses the latest technology and I found it very quiet and not uncomfortable at all. very professional and can thoroughly recommend the service.
