We used Alton cars (Via our insurer) to repair some pretty hefty damage to our vehicle and am very impressed by the outcome. The repair itself was perfect - the panels, paintwork and glazing look factory fresh - but more impressive was the attitude of the staff. After the original damage was repaired, a further tweak to the glazing was needed. When the insurer determined this further work was not covered by our policy, Alton fixed the issue at no cost to us. They didn’t need to do this, and took the £££ hit just to have us drive away as happy customers - well impressed! Service: Body & Trim
