Used to work for alto through agency on one of their Maidstone sites. The manager on the alto sites in question are absolutely useless, my agency would have to constantly chase my manager for my timesheets, when they were sent in they were always for less hours than I worked. They’re are several HSE issues with the site I was on ie no working female toilets, no drinking water, using cutting tools next to the toilets (no designated hot works area) numerous people left due to the welfare issues me included as well as not providing cleaning equipment. Gloves were never provided so always ended up with chemical burns which ‘weren’t important’ enough to log in the incident/accident book and gloves were never provided. Strongly advice people not to do any work with alto. If my agency wasn’t as good as they are would of quit months ago.
