Our mortgage broker referred us to Altium Legal. We were hesitant at first as last time we used our local solicitor who was also very good. However, the quote from Altium was a lot cheaper and we wanted to keep costs down. We have just completed on our new house and the process from start to finish took 8 weeks! We were anticipating at least 12! Our solicitor has kept us updated throughout the whole process and the team at Altium have been very helpful. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone else looking to save money ( especially during cost of living crisis) but also get an efficient service. Thank you guys 😊
