I've been coming to Aristea for years and will continue to do so for years to come. Her knowledge and skill as a massage therapist is so evident to me each time I have a session with her. As someone with a highly physical job (teacher and practitioner of handbalancing) I need someone who can tune in to the amount of attention and pressure each of my muscles needs at each moment. Aristea does this intuitively and better than anyone else I've seen. I'd recommend her highly to anyone who'd ask me.

I find Aristea to be professional, relaxed and welcoming. As well as her massage skills she also discusses ideas from her yoga teaching. Aristea’s massages have helped me to achieve much greater mobility in my shoulder joints and to alleviate my neck discomfort. I find the massages relax my back and neck muscles and I leave feeling much better than when I arrived. It’s an enjoyable way to get better.
