Definitely recommend if you're visiting Keswick! The shop looks and feels really welcoming. Merchandise is always interesting, of great quality and is all laid out beautifully. Locally sourced items sit well among a wide range of products, including a great selection of homeware decorative items, celebration cards, beautiful jewellery, toys and Art prints to name a few. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When I can't make it to the shop I go online and website orders are processed and posted quickly. I signed up for the newsletter so I get notification of lovely new product ranges too. A great small business I am very happy to support!

I was the only person to buy anything out of 20 people in the shop yet I was treated with the bare minimum courtesy. I appreciate they probably have lots of tourists coming through their doors but it was blatantly rude - despite this the selection of goods was above average
