I would give 0 stars! They installed our windows on our new build, and after 15months they have broken. They refuse to fix anything as they only have a 12month warranty (most window companies around here offer 5-10 years guarantee so just shows they know how shoddy their windows are! We currently have 1 window that won't shut, one window that won't open and one window that opens and then collapses, one door that is broken aswell! How this company is still going is beyond me! If you look at the reviews these are after initial installation, just wait a year before commenting how great they are!

This contractor did a good job of replacing our windows and doors. They were pleasant and friendly and cleaned up after finishing the job. They were swift and seemed to know exactly what they were doing and they were punctual. I would recommend this contractor.

Had the inner panel of my pvc back door replaced and also had a brand new fully composite front door fitted with satin glass and the number of my house above. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Really neat work and everything left tidy. Front door has done wonders completely stopping a draft from before and also massively cancelled out noise from the outside. Definitely recommend!

Fitted all new windows and doors. Windows weren’t fitted properly as now water ingress all round frame! Reported to landlord repeatedly but they didn’t resolve despite my protestations. This firm should resolve the shoddy workmanship as legal requirement. The windows leak and that’s the only point I’ll make about how those windows were fitted! I guess this review is self explanatory ☔️ This is an update : Apparently Alternative Doors Windows aren't accepting responsibility for shoddy workmanship at this point as my landlord contacted independent contractor to resolve the problems with the windows. I've lived here, in this property, twenty five years and the windows that they replaced never leaked . I have a background in law and wonder what is actually happening here ????? I will get to bottom of this, and will update once it's clear . I would advise that as firm doesn’t accept responsibility for faulty workmanship not to use !
