I purchased a Dry Aged Wagyu Rib-Eye and Wagyu Fillet steak (for my partner) for my birthday from Alternative Meats. I am no grandmaster on the grill, but using a Weber kettle my partner said it was the best steak she's ever eaten!! Diane was also super helpful on the phone and via email. Will definitely be ordering from them again!
