Great Service I found them after getting bad service from another supplier but so glad I did I ordered pumps bottom drain and fittings I gave them a call to discuss my needs as I wasn't sure the best way to set up a bottom feed system they were very helpful with advice so much so I have already re ordered from them

Alternative Aquactics was referred to me so I decided to order some items on their website end of July which was to arrive on Wednesday the following week, come Wed/Thu only part of the it arrived. I try calling and the phone just goes to voice message. Finally got in touch and was promised It will be there on 11/08/20. It’s now 12/08/20 and I’m still waiting around for the rest of my order. Finally after several calls to Alternative Aquatics i received the rest of my order. This “cock up” has cost me time and money, I’m now two weeks behind on my pond build. I can’t book the poured concrete and the bricky because the weather forecast, what an expensive mess.

Bought pump air filters on this website. Looked professional. Paid with Pay Pal. No confirmation email from Merchant only from Pay Pal. Money taken but no goods! They do not reply to emails or answer the phone or return call. Money gone but no goods. DO NOT USE. Edited 15/11/18. I eventually got hold of the owner, as he replied to my call pertaining to something else. He apologised and my good arrived within 2 days of my complaint. I have therefore increased my score.
