I had such a lovely experience here on Monday. Another hairdresser in Hitchin let me down and I desperately needed my hair done in time for my wedding registry ceremony! They were able to fit me in within 30 minutes and gave me the most lovely wash and blow dry. I have female pattern hair loss as well and I didn't feel like they were mistreating my hair or pulling too hard, I felt so comfortable and I loved what they did with my hair. Thank you so much! I went here after being recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I did! I was long overdue for a haircut and was seen by the lovely Charmaine. Every step of the way she was making sure that I was OK, asking questions such as is the water temperature OK etc and offering hot/cold drinks. Ela was fantastic - I went in with roots, faded dye and bleach damage from a previous hairdresser so was nervous about my hair. Went in with something quite ambitious as well but Ela walked me through what she was doing and explained the importance of keeping my hair healthy.
