I ordered some flowers for my mothers funeral and I just want to say how beautiful they were! We’d asked for a large spray with bright seasonal flowers and to include pinks and bright colours and the spray was spot on! We were blown away with how pretty it looked! We also asked for a solid heart with pink and white flowers which was also beautiful! Thankyou so much ladies for your creative work and great service! This was my second time using Wildbunch florists and both times the flowers have been fabulous! I would use Wildbunch again for any occasion without hesitation! Thankyou

They forgot to deliver the flowers to my Aunt on her 60th birthday. Sure, they apologised after I asked me Aunt if she liked them and realised she didn't get them, and sent them the next day. But it's not really good enough is it.

My wedding and reception celebration had to be split over two years due to the pandemic. In both instances Wildbunch created exactly the vision I had briefed to them. The floral creations were stunning and not only were they easy to work with, they were so flexible throughout the extended time frame. I would definitely recommend!

Called from a local post code area, that they say they deliver to on their website, asking for next day delivery to a crematorium for a funeral; location also being within the post codes stated for delivery on their website, and spoken to sharply and rudely by the lady on the phone and told they won't do it!!! Shocking. Am now in tears and the deceased will have no flowers. So sad when trying to buy locally. UPDATE POST REDICULOUS RESPONSE FOR NOTE - I live in SO21 (6 miles from you), and the crematorium (as explained) is called Basingstoke but isn't actually in Basingstoke, it's just down the road near North Waltham, and the postcode is RG25 (10 miles from you). JUST CHECKED YOUR WEBSITE AGAIN AND BOTH POST CODES ARE CLEARLY SHOWING AS WITHIN YOUR AREA TO DELIVER TO AS WELL AS THAT YOU DO NEXT DAY DELIVERY yet I was told that you don't / won't deliver to either of the post codes AT ALL. I was certainly NOT told that you couldn't because you were fully booked already, just told no and spoken to very rudely. Also having had a good 10 minutes of being told "No, no no, we don't deliver to Basingstoke" and having to fight with the person to say that the crematorium is not in Basingstoke etc. and told I'm wrong when I read out the post codes on your own website (checked before calling)...yes, I did put the phone down after saying "never mind, what a shame, I will obviously have to go elsewhere". There was plenty of opportunity to offer me ANY solution at all but all I got was "No, No no" with no reasoning other than that I was utterly wrong, and asking for a service that you definitely don't (ever) provide to a location that you don't (ever) deliver to when I was clearly looking at the black and white on your website. I did call another florist and they were so lovely and accommodating... even delivered the next morning before 10 am, to the crematorium just down the road from you, though they DID come all the way from Basingstoke. Such a shame as I love to support local businesses, but won't be spoken to wrongly like that and not let people know.
