Repeated non existant service in Hockley. Would have given no stars is it was an option. On this occasion, Saturday 20th August at 11am approx. Phoned from home for a taxi 5 times. Each time the call cut off after a few rings. Walked to the cab office in Hockley station instead. It was in darkness and locked. Gave up and got the train to find a queue of taxi's waiting on my arrival in Wickford for the next part of my journey. Same every time! Impossible to get a cab out of Hockley now. Terrible service.
