Was with another provider who promised that they will support my business all the way but then when a problem rose leaving my lines and services down, I ended up calling them and they only kept making excuses and I got no help whatsoever. Was referred to alphatalk and even though I was not their customer they helped and advised what I should do. Once the problem was resolved I moved everything across to them and it has been more than 5 years now and today with there help expanded into a new office with no headache and stress free. They are not the biggest company but the work they do simply outweighs the bigger ones. Recommend very highly so give them a go.

Was recommended to the them. Was hesitant as been burnt a few times trying to save money. Have a Travel Agency with nearly 20 people so needed more than just 20 lines, needed a good cost effective service. Spoke to Maze, who walked me through and where he was able to save he advised and kept me updated every step. where he was unable to save he was honest and gave advice to shop around and I did. Ended up taking the full service and even though there was a specific service I could have got elsewhere cheaper I took with these guys, simply because they were true. Best decision I made and saved 2/3 on my bill and got a lot more for my money. Always helpful and know what they are doing ;-)
