Would not recommend at all! I ordered a PCR day2 test. Sended the test on a saturday 25th Dec. It’s wednesday midday and I still did not recieved the certificate,still got to quarantaine. The certificate should be e-mailed in 24h after they will receive the test. The only way to contact them was to chat on the website. Couldnt call them, they didnt even respond to my emails. Now they are blaming the royal mail for delays…… never buy from them!

Ordered Fit To Fly PCR test, never recieved the actual Fit To Fly certificate, just a test result. Emailed - no reply, phoned twice, they pormised to look into it and that was it. Had to go to the country of destination with just a test result, it worked luckily, but I am not impressed with the response if the lab at all.

i had 2 tests done here to be given false positives they say they check over a 3 month period. I had a test from april to july and one from july to october i haven’t used the substance tested for since february and the second test had a higher reading than the first test. I have disputed the test and asked for an explanation. Alpha bio Labs cannot provide me with their test accuracy ,specificity or sensitivity which i asked them for 2 weeks ago this has caused great problems in court for me they just take your money and give no proper reason for their test not working correctly! i have 100 percent been clean from the substance they tested me for for ten months and it’s coming back with positive result over 3 month period and even came back with a substance i have never used on the second test and a higher reading than the first test i am going to the newspaper regarding this company.

Alphabiolabs was instructed to provide services to sample hair and blood, unfortunately the samples were stored incorrectly by Alphabiolabs and was contaminated so no hair strands could be tested, the samples was collected 5 and 1/2 weeks after the order which allowed time for the cdt levels in the blood to be classed as normal, a shocking service by so called professionals who clearly can’t do there job properly

Used alpha biolabs to get a last minute PCR test for a family holiday, they were brilliant. The communication was top notch and even when there was a problem with one of the tests, they ensured they were available early next morning to get everything in place which allowed us all to successfully get our tests. The day 2 return tests were also sent out in a timely manner - everything was really smooth and i'd recommend them to anyone.

Im a student. I paid 200£ for 2 tests after i traveled. They came 10 days after i arrived, never got to use them. So I decided to use them for my return to my home country. They guaranteed me that the results gonna be ready in 24 hours. Ive been calling them and they keep telling me they can do nothing about it. Im gonna miss my flight and i also have NOWHERE to stay and i also got no money. Im gonna be homeless cuz of these guys. Thanks a lot, hope u enjoy the free 200£ And doing anything but your job.

I ordered two test-to-release covid tests, so that my daughter and I could end our 10 day quarantine early and get back to school. Day 5 came and went with no sign of the tests either in the mail or email response as to why they were late. I have been calling for the past two days with no response. They were certainly quick to take the £200 for the test, but have not supplied what I paid for. WORST SERVICE EVER! Do not use this company!
