Very good instructor but I was not so good with the bike as it was my very first time riding one. I would highly recommend and go back again…. (I have see people been turned away because of wrong shoes and jeans but it’s totally there fault)not Alpha…. I have been sent many emails and text which inform me of what to wear. Very horrible experience, the find every single reason to not get you on test for the uniforms Because I given the test with same shoes 2 times and this test center didn't allow me to use that n there is no option to rebook or get the refund

Rude and unhelpful instructor, they just doing business and nothing else, don’t expect they will teach you just try to find excuse and tell you to go within hour time, so please don’t waste your money and time.

I had a great day, it was my first time ever doing a CBT the guys communicated on your progress, where you needed to improve to help you pass and build confidence. They are sound people that really make the day go by quickly. I’ve already recommended them to a family member. If you don’t have a good sense of humour and take yourself too seriously, this isn’t the place for you to do your CBT. I was even advised to go back once I get my bike if I have any queries or need assistance with anything they are happy to help which is reassuring considering the day I showed up was the first time I’ve been in control of a motorbike.
