Went to our GP for vaccination for the whole family as we are going abroad, we were seen by Jennifer Murray. She was very friendly and polite and extremely professional, she gave us step by step information. I wish we had more of these nurses at Alpha it would make a great difference. Thankx Jenn

Live 500 miles away from this practise and never been to Birmingham but they still try and call me, must be that brilliant receptionist I keep hearing about 'Alpha Doctors' it said on my phone, thought it was a scam but reading the comments made that fear go away very quickly

Rude behavior displayed by the receptionists. A bunch of pathetic liars. Called numerous times for an appointment. No one answered as the answer machine kept saying can't answer due to high capacity calls. I went down just to have the pathetic reception say that I should have called. Needless to say a slang match occured with the receptionist saying to me that I am a liar and I need to shut up. Disgusting behavior especially when they are in the wrong. I can't believe how a GP surgery can hire such disgusting people who are terribly unprofessional.
