Booked taxes for eight people last night to be collected from a wedding reception. I messaged to see if we could be collected early as the children had had enough. They were very busy so subcontracted two taxis to collect us. Amazing service highly recommended from us. If back in Lichfield as some point will definitely use them again. Service: Limousines

40 minutes late, as they had booked my taxi on the wrong day. Not very responsive over the phone either (I had to ring three times to get through to someone). I won't use this company again.

I prebooked a taxi yesterday for my work today, do that I am on time, as it is a time charge work, I was waiting outside for 30mins and finally they told me that it would be 40mins late on top. Of course I am late at work now. So dissapointed.

Booked a taxi lastnight to get home and was left waiting for over an hour in the freezing cold, rang after half an hour and they said a taxi would be on its way as they was running behind, another half an hour passed and they still hadn't arrived so rang them again and said we won't be paying double as we booked before midnight, the guy on the phone said he'd wave the charge and take us for free due to the experience we'd had. We was then picked up by a taxi on alphas behalf, the taxi driver was from 247 in Walsall and it said on the job on behalf of AlphaTaxis who wanted to charge 7.50, rang back Alpha and he said we was in the wrong taxi yet the taxi driver told us and showed us he'd been sent on behalf of Alpha because the amount of jobs was to much to handle. I'm not happy with the experienceand won't be using this service ever again, it tarnished what was a good night. Even more angry that was promised a waved fare and got charged anyway.
