Having been quite sceptical about reflexology and homeopathy, after trying a homeopath in London before, I was recommended to try Alpha homeopathy by a friend. I've been suffering from long-term shoulder pain as well as severe tendinitis in my elbow. The reflexologist took time to understand my issues and recommended a course of treatment which included both reflexology and homeopathy (she's a registered homeopath too). I've been extremely pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of both disciplines and both my shoulder pain and tendinitis very quickly. So much so I don't need to take painkillers any more. Even if you're sceptical, I really recommend you try it as it has made a huge difference to my quality-of-life.

After taking a really thorough history from me she identified that detoxing my body from the contraceptive pill was the place to begin, before we went onto anything else. I would have never thought of this as I haven’t taken it for years so didn’t even think about it’s continued impact on my health. I definitely had detox reactions but each time Marketa listened to my experience and adjusted doses accordingly to make things more manageable for me.
