  If you had asked me this morning and if it was possible I would have given them a minus 5 star rating They never answer the phone so i could arrange a boiler service but took my money every month for this service I received a letter yesterday renewing my contracts I phoned the phone line dealing with payments to.them which was answered in a few rings and told them.what I thought of them They said someone wlll phone me back which is where my rating changes - they did and agreed service rubbish that my contract is cancelled and then arranged for a service to be carried out the next day Also apologiseed and said they are trying harder which I believe to be true If they answered the phone and let people know then it would be fine much like a bank through they just don't seem to care It's a shame but I wish them.welll

  The boiler is fantastic. Quiet and super efficient. But the company behind it is awful. Paid for a boiler care plan to cover cost of an annual service for first 2 years. First year the engineer was more interested in trying to find fault with its installation, as it wasn't officially fitted by their company, than doing the service. Really didn't feel like he serviced it properly. The second year, 2 months after the plan finished, I'm still waiting for the service. Their excuse for the delay?. They are too busy fixing broken boilers to do service calls. Clearly they need more engineers! To top it all today, even though my care plan is finished, they helped themselves to a new higher amount from my bank account with no warning which is in clear violation of the direct debit code. Eventually got through on the phone. The man I spoke to couldn't have cared less. His attitude was 'how dare I want a service in winter' (not my fault they didn't do it in say Sept or Oct) and that I'll just have to wait. He refused to give me any time frame for how long and gave no apology for helping themselves out of my bank account. In fact he was down right rude. Told him so and what I think of the company. Sadly I've learnt over the last 2 years that his attitude seems to be normal for this company. Will never buy another Alpha Boiler due to the appalling lack of after care and customer service. Shame really as the boilers themselves truly are fantastic.

  Very poor service I’ve got a service plan I’ve been waiting for over week now for my boiler to be repaired And it still not repaired now absolute joke waste of money I wouldn’t recommend this company very un reliable

  This is the worst company ever!!! Avoid avoid and again avoid! It's January, our boiler stopped working after 2years since buying so still on warranty and what? 1.5 week after calling them, engineer came to have a look and decided to order a part, then 3 days later they decided to replace boiler for new one and booked this for Wednesday which is another 5days later! All together waiting for hot water and heating almost 3weeks! It's ridiculous, my both kids are sick already as we have 13°C at home and washing our self in a bowl with water from kettle! Don't recommend it! They treat people like animals, while they have nice and cosy warm houses and hot water! I hate them with all of my heart!

  Left me mum without a boiler for a month, middle of winter. 4 weeks without heating or hot water over Christmas and while it was down to -8 temperatures. Still ongoing as well, excuse after excuse, and getting through on the phone is 2 hours of misery you won’t want to put yourselves through every couple of days, for weeks on end.

  Awful company, a faulty boiler from day 1 and now two engineer visits later in a worse situation than when we started. Happy to leave an elderly couple in their 90s with no heating as they don’t seem to keep sufficient stock of parts for their own boilers. Never phone back when they say they are going to, spent hours on hold to get through to customer service and complaints department can’t even be bothered to reply

  UPDATE: Still no contact from Alpha even given the promise below… another failed attempt… I hoped I was a lone case - but reading the reviews, I am not... Would strongly recommend anyone considering to avoid and go to any other boiler manufacturer. Will play hokey cokey with your warranty and you can guarantee a minimum 1hr hold time - I have probably spent 50hrs on the phone to them now... Boiler has been faulty since October and we are now December - still no heating or hot water. Multiple promises of calls back that never materialise leads to the whole circle again. After three (!!!) failed/missed appointments by Alpha, the boiler has has multiple repairs across several visits and still faulty, most recently being a leak coming from within the boiler that 'is not a boiler fault'. A reputable engineer identified a seal has blown inside but cannot get hold of the part. Alpha refuse to attend a boiler under warranty still until another power flush is done despite the previous done in the spring. Having booked another reputable engineer at the earliest possible, they refuse to come out and get the boiler up and running by replacing the seal, they would rather just leave a leaking boiler and a house without heating or hot water until 3rd Jan - even thought they will cannot do the power flush themselves, but demand it needs to be done. We have done everything they have asked - the first power flush was carried out promptly and the second has been booked again to their ransom so why do they then still hold back on getting the system working in the middle of winter? Asked to speak to a manager, was promised a same day call back and still waiting! Never again would I entertain this company...

I could have given 0 if there was an option We are paying monthly cover/insurance with Alpha Heating innovation for our boiler. we had issue with our boiler firstly reported on 01/11/2022. It’s been more than 50days still not sorted, kids and pet spent Christmas Day in freezing house with no heating (boiler not working). It’s absolutely disgraceful service we have spent hours on the phone sent several emails. Still nothing happened, I would like to contact the managing direct or CEO of this company who are so irresponsible and who are not committed to there jobs.I no there is no use of ranting over here nothing is going to happen until new year. But I don’t know how people are giving good reviews here. When we have suffered so much in this past 50 plus days in this weather. If anyone could give the email ID of the MD.please.
