Booked a taxi at 1am after being dropped off by this company, to be picked up from a rural location. The taxi driver let someone else take our taxi despite our name being on the booking so we stood fro 1 1/2 hours waiting for a second one for him to drive us home at 30mph we needed to give him all the directions and do everything but the driving. Useless and incompetent.

I use this company quite often, it always was an excellent servi from the drivers, however a had a awful experience today, booked on the app a few hours in advance, I called the operator to see why there isn’t any car coming for me and the operator said that they are busy and she doesn’t any cars available so as soon as there’s anything available they will send, this took 40 minutes. When the drive arrived been waiting 2 minutes and the operator cancelled my booking. The lady operator on the phone was very rude and disrespectful.

I have often used this business and to be honest I have turned a blind eye to their incompetence, the dispatcher was trying to belittle customers and I think he believes they are or maybe everything is a joke sadly the jokes on him now, when we reached the car the driver had his accounts sprawled out all over the passenger seat giving us a debrief in all the problems that come with life and this country! Everyone has a bad day but this was over the top it was almost like we were a burden overall a really disappointing experience from all stations of the jobs i left angry and dissatisfied and I don't think I will be using this service again or my circle of friends!
