    I spent a week at the Norfolk Fitfarms. It was exhausting, but I super-seeded my health goals by a long way. I have come home lighter, fitter and feeling so much stronger in only 5 days!!! It was not easy, but everything was planned out for success. Early starts with very small, low calorie, well balanced and timely meals by Stephen ( see pics below). Followed by gruelling fitness classes by Gosia and very details nutrient talks. I enjoyed the accommodation, other than the single beds in the shared rooms which were a bit too small ( my feet hung over the edge). Each house, has a great comfortable common area with comfy coaches, tele and log fire. Also, ample fridge space ( so took home lots of super healthy and wonderful local produce), The outing was wonderful, a lovely beach walk ( the rain even held off for us). I plan to go back and take my family there at some point, No swimming on site, but the little local private pool was a treat. Exceptional tuition from all of the instructors who joined us ( Pilates, dance and yoga). The Pilates and yoga teachers were really very skilled and offered very high standards of teaching, giving plenty of advise on modifying the exercises and checking in with everyone in their class to make sure we were doing the exercises properly. I felt in very safe and expert hands. The yoga was very restorative and so needed after a long hard day. Also, Jane was on hand for massages in the evening to revive those tired muscles. She was very good at pinpointing the pain and breaking down the aches and pains. I followed it with a sauna under the stars, which was a lovely soothing experience ( like a heated body wrap) with eye pads, music and light show. Great way to relax, recharge and get ready for much needed sleep , In summary, it was a chance to kick start my health. I never dreamed I could achieve as much as I did in such a short time, it truly inspired me. Thanks again Fitfarm team for bringing me, one step closer to my fitness goals. Following my stay, you have both re-enforced the things I have been doing well and you have taught me new skills. I feel I have re-evaluated my well-being journey and I am well prepared and ready to introduce new healthy changes into my daily routine.

    I’ve just come back from a five-night stay at FitFarms Derbyshire feeling focused and motivated to continue looking after my health and well-being. Overall, it was a positive experience for me because of the the people I met there. This includes the team that Stephen has assembled as well as the other participants: what a wonderful bunch of people! Everybody was friendly and showed great empathy and kindness towards each other. A particular highlight for me was how Jane managed to ‘fix’ my arm in 2 massage sessions. It had been so painful at the start of the week but Jane recognised the problem and literally smoothed the inflammation away. I was swinging kettlebells with ease by the end of the week! If you’re on a calorie-reduced diet, it’s vital that every mouthful is packed with flavour and Stephen’s cooking made sure of this. The food was great — varied and very tasty and always presented beautifully. I was the only vegetarian but Stephen made sure I didn’t miss out on anything. The two coaches, Kim and Gosia were also great. They were very knowledgeable and because I am still recovering from an accident, I was reassured that they were always able to adapt exercises so I could do them. The days flew by and now I’m back in the real world, I can look back on the pounds and inches I’ve lost and the friends I’ve gained. Above all, I’ve come back with a more confident attitude towards managing my lifestyle in healthier way. Thanks FitFarms😊

    What a wonderful week we had at Fitfarms Cotswold. Such beautiful location and accommodation. The food was amazing, thank you Stephen. Can't thank Stephan and Jane enough for a fabulous experience. What really made it was our amazing trainers, Kim and Georgia. The tools I have taken away with me have changed my life. I would 100% recommend giving Fitfarms a go, such a caring and fun environment. Thank you Team Fitfarms 🎊❤️

    I had an amazing experience at Fitfarms in the Cotswolds. Stephen and the team were amazing. The food was fantastic, nutritionally balanced with seasonal ingredients served throughout the week. The workshops ,training and exercise classes were delivered vibrantly , and professionally and I felt greatly motivated at all times. The course was structured well and I achieved results beyond my expectations. I was able to settle in quickly and make great friendships. I have regained the spring in my step once again and I feel fully equipped to continue reaching my fitness and wellness goals. I would just like to thank the FitFarms team for providing a very safe ,happy and secure environment in which to fully trust the magic formula of : Mind, Medicine and Movement. Thankyou Team Suky x

    I was somewhat disappointed with my experience at fit farms Norfolk in August. The communication prior to arriving wasn't the best, you'd wait days for any reply, I eventually got contacted because my balance was due! There was no bottled water supplied, just tap water with slices of fruit in. There was conflicting information given between the PT and the Nutritionist, the Nutritionist clearly knowing her job. I Was really disappointed to find out that if you wanted any kind of programme to go home with personalised to yourself you had to pay more money! After already paying £1300 for the 7 days out of principle I wasn't going to pay any more. So I come away empty handed apart from a certificate and loosing 3lb!! The Pilates teacher was absolutely brilliant, as was the ballet teacher. The place was lovely and clean and the food was always tasty. Although minimal I never felt hungry but you could always ask for.more if needed. The people were very lovely. I wouldn't do it again as I felt for myself it was sadly a waste of money. Maybe if I had come away with a plan I may have had something to help me carry on once home.

    My recent week at FitFarms Derbyshire was enlightening, exhilarating, exhausting but above all enjoyable!! The whole team were brilliant!! 🌟 Stephen (chef) makes healthy food taste wonderful; Jayne (massage therapist) gave me an excellent deep tissue massage that only brought tears to my eyes a couple of times 😂 but made me feel so relaxed I floated out of the room; Gosia (coach and nutritional therapist) helped me find muscles I’d forgotten I had 😣; Reace (coach and psychology expert) helped me to think about goal setting in a fresh way & ducks n dives like a pro boxer 🥊. Finally, last but by no means least, Bella (the FitFarms mascot 🐾 ) small but mighty with lots of licks 👅. Looking forward to seeing you all again in the future x

    FitFarms is a completely immersive experience from the moment you get there. Due to arriving after an extremely busy and stressful week at work, I hadn't mentally prepared myself for the programme of exercise, and to start with found myself wondering why I'd decided to do it. The benefits quickly made themselves apparent: complete distraction from my stressful week at work; delicious, healthy food; full-on but brilliant workouts with fantastic trainers; the chance to sample completely new activities; strategies to create healthier habits; lovely people. On returning home the longer term benefits really started to kick in. I feel energised and motivated to continue a healthier path.
