Restrictions for covid have been removed but people in here seem to think there so important. Building still closed and refusing to help any tenants with issues and they have the cheek to increase rent by a £10 this year. Also phoned a few times about issues and they haven’t been resolved and just ignored. Even when trying to get an issue resolved theres always hostility from the reception staff. They seem to take everything personal as though your saying they didn’t fix it properly. To be honest half the staff couldn’t run a bath in here. Constant lies as well to justify increasing the rent and no promises being kept. Apparently we were meant to get new bathroom and kitchen with this extortionate rent increase this year. But still nothing at all actual cheek to increase the rent that much especially when people are struggling. Plus yous are not willing to help people either actually needing to change the staff in here so incompetent.

It's closed everywhere, it's not at all clear where to go, people are working in the building and it's visible. it feels like they are afraid that they will be stolen. Then what is the point of their work if they are afraid to communicate with people?
