FAQ
What programs do you offer for children of different ages?
We offer a range of programs for children between the ages of 3 months and 5 years old. Our programs include age-appropriate activities in areas such as literacy, numeracy, language development, physical development, and creative play. We also offer extracurricular activities such as music and movement classes. What type of curriculum do you use?
We use the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, which is the national framework for early childhood education in the UK. This curriculum focuses on providing a well-rounded education that supports a child's social, emotional, and intellectual development. What is the staff to child ratio?
Our staff to child ratio varies depending on the age of the children. For children aged 3 months to 2 years old, the ratio is 1:3. For children aged 2 to 3 years old, the ratio is 1:4. For children aged 3 to 5 years old, the ratio is 1:8.What are your policies on health and safety?
We take the health and safety of our children very seriously. We have policies and procedures in place to ensure that our facilities are safe and clean, and that our staff are trained in first aid and emergency procedures. We also have strict policies around illness and infection control to prevent the spread of illness in our nursery. How do you handle discipline and behavior issues with the children?
We believe in positive reinforcement and use strategies such as praise, encouragement, and redirection to promote positive behavior. If a child exhibits challenging behavior, we work with the parents to develop a plan that addresses the behavior and focuses on positive reinforcement. In extreme cases, we may need to involve outside agencies such as social services or child psychologists to support the child and their family.Reviews

To whom it may concern Just a quick message to say how happy and pleased myself and jaz father decided to place her into you nursery establishment. At first I was as any mother would be I was a bit hesitant and worried for the pure reason that it was such a new nursey with not much to go by and no ofsted report to consult to. We just had to take word of mouth from a couple of mothers older brothers school..... Now 2 short months into her coming to you We could not be happier and I actually feel quite silly to have worried. The love, care and attention to detail she receives day in and day out. Being a lockdowm born baby she was not a friendly and people's person personality like her older brother but we have certainly noticed a change in her shyness and has finally come out of her shell. She's learnt so much She is now, counting, knows a few colours, shapes, animals and her speech has certainly massively improved (With a little bit of attitude too to go with it haha) She seems so happy, content and settled withing your care and really looks forward to going in every morning. So just again want to praise each and everyone in the nursery from the owner manager, cooks and her carers.. Thank you so much And continue to keep up the amazing work you are doing, Because whatever you ladies are doing it is certainly working.... And I will continue to recommend to any others parents I meet.. Have a great rest of week. Many thanks again Cristina

The nursery is not worth mentioning. I enrolled my child in February so that he could start after the Easter break. they made up all kinds of lies for 3 months about why the child can't start. So she only started in September, but in a different nursery. I'm very glad in retrospect that it didn't end up there. Neither the nursery nor the teachers are friendly.
