I have nothing but praise for the practice, from receptionist to doctors, occasionally things go wrong but they are “only human” and speaking to them to explain the problem has always resulted in satisfaction. I have been with the practice since birth ( well actually before birth,) which Is a long long time!! people are so quick to complain but so slow to praise I hope this redresses the balance a bit.

Absolutely appalling . Again, all because of the receptionists . Went to sort out some new meds after seeing a specialist. Was told repeatedly to simply come back later. Eventually another member of staff told me I needed the specialist to contact my GP. Came here again recently - a bit early and it started to chuck it down, a member of staff let another in and wouldn't even be graceful enough to allow me to stand inside. Don't bother with this place as they treat people with utter contempt .

Dr Ahmed didn’t take me seriously after saying to him that I got the burning sensation in my stomach for a long time now. His advice on what I should do has been useless so far. I’ve had telephone appointments with him in January and it was just confusion on what’s causing my symptoms. Then in March went to see him face to face and he refused to send me for a scan. Worst experience ever as he didn’t do anything for my symptoms.

Rude receptionists, useless doctors, nothing ever gets fixed, safe yourself allot of time and pain and move GP EDIT. 6 Months after my original review, we have now been waiting 4 weeks for an update to missing repeat medication. No reply to emails no use at all, complete shambles of a surgery.

Horrid experience, some receptionists are very rude. One doctor I had was extremely patronising yelling at me over the phone about an assessment procedure I have already done before at a different GP with no issues.

Useless. Called everyday for 5 days, always being told there’s no appointments and can’t book anything for another day. One time they told me to fill in the online form to book blood tests, I did this, and the form said to call them back, which I did and then they had no appointments. Receptionists aren’t really helpful, they rely on the online forms too much which don’t do anything. E consultations are up on site for about 5 seconds before they become unavailable. DO NOT REGISTER HERE.
