I recently received an amazing service from ALM and wanted to share this. They went above and beyond to ensure we weren't let down despite the vehicle booked for us becoming 'off road' just a week before... We booked a minibus for our party of 14 to take us from Hemel Hempstead into London and back on Saturday 20th August. The train strike meant we needed alternative transport for our hen party which had been booked for some time. As soon as ALM realised our vehicle was no longer available, they emailed me to let me know but I missed their message. They also tried to reach me by phone, but for some reason, I was missing their calls too. Because they were unable to reach me and didn't want to let our party down, they went to great lengths to find another driver and vehicle for us and had to juggle other jobs around to accommodate our timings. It is refreshing to find a firm willing to go that extra mile to not let the customer down. I honestly believe other companies would have simply cancelled our booking and not worried that they couldn't get hold of me. But ALM did worry and did make sure we weren't to be let down. Both drivers (there and back) were friendly and courteous. We arrived on time and were picked up on time without any hitches. The minibus was spotlessly clean, comfortable and, on a hot August day, pleasantly air conditioned. Highly recommend.

Thanks so much for getting me, my family and friends to Newcastle from Hertfordshire this weekend. We had to book you when the train strike was announced and we had to cancelmall our tickets. I know we weren't the quietest or best behaved and thank you so much for your professionalism and patience. You always responded to my communication in advance, came to the meeting point early, helped us to pack all our bags and let us have a good time on your coach.
