We recently purchased two German aluminium doors from this company. First thing of note is that this was done remotely, we did not ever meet Haroon or visit his showroom. So trust is a big issue, particularly in relation to the amount being spent. Haroon's communication with us was excellent, by email and phone. Speaking to him on the phone, it was clear that he really knew and understood the products he was selling, he came across as having honesty and integrity. As for the doors, well it is a matter as always that you get what you pay for, robust, very well engineered and finished doors that should stand the test of time.

Great to deal with throughout. Delivered what we had agreed, which seems to be rare these days. Excellent selection of doors, which when compared to similar doors the pricing is reasonable. There are some glazing providers selling far inferior doors, so take the time to visit Ally doors - once you’ve seen the sample doors in real life you will know it’s a better product than probably 90% of the market. I had visited numerous providers and fabricators before making my decision. Haroon himself is very patient and happy to explain all the features that make these doors stand out. We went through several revisions before deciding on the final version, this wasn’t a problem. At no point in the process did I feel I was being fobbed off when asking technical questions based on my internet research and experience from seeing other doors. Overall great to deal with, top quality product. If you are in the market for an aluminium front door, you would be foolish not to consider Ally doors.

Cannot fault the quality, competitive price and service at Ally Doors Ltd. We travelled from our home in Norfolk to the showroom in Huddersfield to meet with director Haroon to view the doors made by the Greek company Thiral. We were glad of the journey as not only was Haroon a genuinely nice guy, he also had a passion for his products and for total customer satisfaction. Ordering and delivery were faultless with Haroon even contacting us later with photos to advise the paint colour we wanted was not up to standard at the factory and should be changed for an alternative. I’m not sure this would have been the case had we opted for a different company. After sales service from Haroon continued to be exceptional from a guy who continued to care and who went the extra mile for a minor issue of replacing a missing drip outlet cover. After researching many companies and products offered around the U.K. , we are totally satisfied and sure we made the right decision using Ally Doors Ltd to supply the door and frame for our new front entrance lobby project.

It took a little longer than expected but It is the times I guess. We were kept informed and it was delivered and installed without any problems. We are extremely happy with the door and the installers. It is of the quality promised ( a Rolls Royce of a door ). Haroon was extremely helpful with the configuration.
