After-sales is second to none. After 7 months had an issue with my Barbour Gillet. Sent an e-mail with photos. E-mail from Darren same day with prepaid label for me to return so they could inspect. Within 48 hours e-mail from Darren asking if I wanted a replacement or refund. Asked for replacement. Replacement was received within 48 hour. Excellent service. Thank you to Darren and the Team.
