    AVOID THIS COMPANY ! They are a complete rip off . We have tried to recover 10-15K they have taken without our agreement on DD , having claimed we were a poor credit risk despite the fact that our experian rating is top notch . No notice was given that there spurious charges were going to be taken without our agreement on a DD, and they are hiding behind T&Cs we had never seen or agreed. On top of these 'credit charges' they currently charge about 40p more than pump prices when other card companies in fact give a discount from pump price. Once we get our full refund, we will be happy to report this and amend our rating of them, in the meanwhile, i suggest you AVOID THEM AND CHECK YOUR BILLS CAREFULLY IF YOU ARE ALREADY A CUSTOMER !!

    FIND ANOTHER COMPANY! Used to be great. Our company as expanded and we needed more cards and more credit. They now want a bond of £2000! Seems our loyalty and years of payments no longer mean anything.

    Dreadful that I have been a customer for several years with a small fleet and never missed a payment. Then some fool in account demands to examine our accounts - I refused and quite frankly find that offensive, so that account is frozen. Bye Bye allstar, we'll do business with someone else.

    Go with WEX much better discounts these people just out for themselves customer services ain’t even worth talking too, will set you on a weekly pay basis and charge you £100 for any returned dd, there’s not many advantages apart from paying a week later no discounts available just pay pump price while they grab the discount back from merchants 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
