Really poor aftercare service. Lack of transparency on varying lengths of warranty provided for different components. Been waiting since April for repair, emails ignored. A real shame.

Be VERY careful. Once they have your money it doesnt mater. The quality of the hot tub delivered was awful. The aftercare meant constant phone calls to fix numerous issues, which went on for months and months… A one man band, seemingly trying to run a company but really has no idea. Had numerous guys round to fix issues, all say the same thing about Robin. Falls out with suppliers as bills are unpaid, quite awful that he is still trading. UPDATE based on Robins reply. One star reviews are applicable where the service is so terrible. Yours was worse than terrible, there should be a zero star option really. Not trolling, just leaving honest reviews. I am sure you really do understand, knowing how you truly operate… Look at the amount of times you have changed your company name, and the numerous social media reviews and dissatisfaction.

STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY. The owner robin is the rudest man known on earth, he sells very dodgy hot tubs to which are installed with second hand products. This was my dream to have a hot tub, that certainly turned into a nightmare experience. You really think that a local company, would be best, but not in this case. I also left a review on facebook, to which was deleted and I was blocked.

Amazing Tub and Amazing Company, we've had our tub now (ROMA) since Feb 12th and i can count on one hand how many nights we haven't used it since. Starting off from Robin in the Office to John who came and installed it, we've had nothing but great customer care and quick response times to any queries. We had the tub set up as a 32amp tub and its been amazing, its consistently on at 38'c and gets used 2/3 times a day for a couple of hours each time and its very cost effective to run and is cheaper then my old lazy spa was. I recommend this tub and this company so much that i have just got another one for my mum.

We cannot recommend this company highly enough, Robin has been completely professional and very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us, giving us plenty of pre-installation advice and guidance. There was no hard sell, Robin just wanted us to be happy with the product. The installation team were friendly, professional and gave us lots of advice about the running and general maintenance of the tub. Excellent service, the hot tub arrived exactly on time after 2 home visits to advise on the area and access to the site. Very efficient fitters who made sure the tub was positioned just where I wanted it and all was carefully installed. Fully briefed as to initial water and tub management, left with contact details for any future questions. Altogether a great package and strongly recommend Allspar at Bagshot Lea. Thank you all.

We bought our 1st hot tub from Robin at Spa monster 6years ago. We have now bought our 2nd from them. Over the last 6 years Robin has always been reliable with any concerns and maintenance of our hot tub. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will no doubt buy another in future.
