Probably the most disappointing place i know fake images small little shop not worth travelling got my son to drive all the way from Portsmouth to fix hes bb gun then called to say dont know how long it is going to be for parts some come a collect and order the part yourself i call back and ask if they would just order it and we don't mind waiting also said we will pay for the time it takes to order the part she then reply no you have to collect the gun if not we will charge you £7.50 a day they didnt even get the problem right took to crawley and fixed straight away no hassle only cost £25 and they was charging £90 my son was gonna buy another gun from there but after researching found there guns was way over price like theres one for £280 that is £130 everywhere else very rude needs closing down wouldn't use this place even it was next door scammers and rude haven't got a clue we payed them £35 deposit and wouldn't give are money back !!! £40 fuel + £35 = £75 out of pocket for nothing thanks for you terrible service hope you get closed down stop using fake photos you shop is the size of a telephone box !!!

Don't wear a puffer coat and be disabled in this shop, their stock is dreadful and the staff are sullen, snarky and uninterested. Complete waste of time and am not even local, the pictures do not do the shop justice, it is barely even an airsoft shop such a waste of time and money. Why call it "allsorts airsoft" it's a model shop and not even good one at that. Do not make the trip to this shop.

Went in today to have a look around with my son. The staff are super helpful and with absolutely no pressure at all I purchased a few goodies and am looking forward to my first airsoft day with them next month. Can’t wait to get a couple of days under my belt and go back for some more bits in the new year. Great atmosphere and knowledgable staff. 👍

They were really helpful, it was my first time in there store yesterday and they helped me pick out a good gun helped me with what bbs to get and what mask. They also gave me a free ticket to one of there events. The two people who worked there are really nice and helpful. They also taught me how to clean and take care of my gun.
