Leaving a one star review because agents were condescending and did not respond sufficiently to my attempts to have a professional relationship with them - despite offering 6 months rent upfront and good credit. Was told to go back to Rightmove. Very poor customer service. not to do with the pet situation, but legislation also doesn't allow this by law so furthermore very unprofessional.
