The Trouble Auction without commitment, laying, sales guys works for the Auction Advantage not for the customer satisfaction, I had a very sad experience and Auction team stolen my 10K deposit, Auction advertised a unit with very so many issues can’t be solve easily and need to wait years to sort and can’t use at all for anything, they are covering themselves with the terms and condition and during the purchase was unable to get any approval from any government offices. I have asked them several times to refund my deposit which I have paid, they rejected. Allsop Auction in U.K. not trusted.

Property was in unclean condition when we moved in. Rat droppings, used shaving equipment and food wrappers were found under some of the beds. Allsop expected us to clean the property to a professional standard when we moved out, including cleaning the windows from the outside as well. I think this was unjust bearing in mind the condition it was when we moved in. However, one good point was that repairs were conducted as requested even if it took a couple emails.

Terrible! Stay away. I am not sure if anyone else has experienced this but we registered for the auction, they put a hold on our funds supposedly for up to 3-5 days and then it will be released after the auction is completed. Went to a online auction in May 2021. Some 3 weeks after the auction the monies placed on hold still have a old on them. I suspect it’s to do with making interest but this is truly unacceptable!

Tried to get advice on a lot I intended to sell. Have to say I was shocked at the complete lack of service and care. Had to phone and email several times over weeks to get a response. Eventually got a 2 minute call from the 'agent' who sounded completely unbothered. Albeit this is only a £500k lot it demonstrates the lack of any respect or care unless your name is Tarquin! In my experience steer clear of the west end agents and use one of the more affable, knowledgeable and human regional or non west end agents! Better service, better results and enjoyable to deal with!
