I took in a coat to get a new zip. The lady explained that she was going to replace it with a different type of zip (I wasn't aware there were different types). She checked the colour (black) would be okay as previous zip was grey. Very thorough. I also took in another coat which had come apart at the seams. She fixed it straight away and I collected it after about half an hour. Very pleasant experience and I shall be taking in some more clothes which have been needing repairs for ages. Would definitely recommend going there if you need any clothes repaired. Good value for money, and lovely lady, too. Services: General embroidery, Zipper replacement

Professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced. Blown away by the outstanding turn arround of my evening gown alteration and a dress that needed sewing/repairing. They are both very busy ladys however really took their time with me and my 1st fitting. I took my garments in on the Tuesday they were ready for collection on the Friday.
