Hands down, the BEST customer service I have ever received. A particular shout out to both Dean and Reece who handled my query between them, making me feel in safe and trusted hands the entire way. Throughout the process they left no stones unturned and had gone over and above to see my issue with a display monitor screen which stopped working was resolved. They kindly pointed out the screen was still in warrantee and supported and guided me through every step of getting this issue resolved. Honestly I couldn't praise them enough for how they both have resolved the issue for me. They certainly deserve a heap of recognition for their service and just ultimately for how personable and pleasant they are as human beings . 5* service!! Thank you both so very much.
