Offered work made an excuse about payment from large companies we offered pound notes in his hand and hung up the phone ,incompetent trades man,,we are a small business and he made excuses not to do well paid work ,,personally think was to much for his capabilities ,,waste of time bad customer skills

The bloke came round the same day I phoned ! Straight away he knew what the problem was. The up and over garage door needed new cables and new pulleys. He had the parts needed on his van. He found that the door frame was slightly out of line too. So he got his grinder and took a short piece off along the length of the metal runner which enabled it to work much better. He was quite happy to explain what he was doing . What a breath of fresh air it is, that you can get a local tradesman to do a good job for a fair price. Really pleased. Great job, I would recommend him to anyone. He does lots of industrial doors for companies too.
