Booked in a week in advance, went to drop my car on the Sunday as arranged, place closed, called around 20 times, nobody there, goes in this morning, guy sat in the rest room, explained the situation, NOT INTERESTED, he said the guy that was meant to do it had a family emergency, nobody bothered to go in and let not only myself know but the other customers that the place was going to be shut, asked the guy this morning to as the person who booked me in to call me ( LEE ) THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN, business must be good if you don’t need to inform the customer of any change in there appointments.
