    Worked here on and off for 4 yrs ..... staff in the depot itself were friendly and keen.The problem lies with the management above the GM .Staff are treated like children or worse like assets not people,they can be replaced and so are made to feel under appreciated. Shame as this buisness had everything it needed to be a success just needed a few tweaks here and there,unfortunatly those in power decided to use the covid pandemic as an excuse to get rid of staff wholesale and start again loosing decades of combined experience and knowldge. when i first joined it was a nice working enviroment when i left i was actually glad to leave as i could see where it was heading.
