Absolutely amazing job – the guys were incredibly helpful, really polite, totally careful with all our stuff and went way over and above what we had asked to make sure we were moved comfortably with no stress and settled into the new home. They also did it in half the time we expected – turned up bang on time and finished before lunch! Thoroughly recommend and would never use anyone else!

We cannot speak to highly of the service received by the three young men that came to move us back in July. My husband was really worried about it but will say they all worked so hard that day. Each one knew what to do and just got on with it. Nothing was to much for them they had us ready to move out in about two hours. They then had to drive from West Sussex to Surrey . They arrived before my husband and it was not long before they had unloaded it all and placed every thing in each room as we want. In all it was a very stress free day. Would like to thank them all for being such a bunch of nice helpful and courteous band of removal men. Would certainly recommend this company . Thank you from Nancy Vic ,Maxine and Ben. Job well done

Terrible service. They stained the communal carpets at a block of flats as one of the men had oil on their shoe which went from the entrance all the way to the second floor flat. These were brand new carpets. The Block Management company haven't been able to get hold of them to get the issue resolved so the cost will fall to the client to resolve, possibly resulting in new carpets if the stains can't be removed (they were unable to be removed by the first cleaner instructed). Multiple messages have been left for an urgent call back to resolve the issue but no call back has been forthcoming. The reception were unable to put my call through to anyone in management, nor were able to provide a time they would be back in the office. With no other options as I couldn't speak to anyone other than reception, I asked for their complaints procedure to escalate this. I was told they didn't have one. All in all, poor service, leaving a very stressed and upset client.
