Alliance Psychological Services (and the Service Manager, Emma Hopson) put a vulnerable person through severe mental torture by intentionally triggering their trauma which they opened up to them about, doing so "to see their reaction" (their words). They also felt bullied by the staff, which includes Faye Sirs. A complaint was made but they (including the Clinical Director, Anne Drummond) refused to investigate. They have since tried covering it up by deleting reviews revealing what happened and they have also posted fake positive review(s) from their own employee(s), at the time of this review.

This is an extremely abusive organisation. They gaslit an abuse-victim and intentionally triggered their trauma "to see their reaction" (their words) which caused over a year of psychological torture so bad that they nearly took their own life. Not one person in this organisation stood up for the abuse-victim

They offered no help at all. We were advised to attend a 16 week daytime course which my husband & I were unable to attend as we both work full time. My child was then discharged. We weren't referred to any other health services or sent information that could help with my child daily struggles. Don't waste your time with this company.
