Bought n apartment via Alliance Investments, can't sell it due to Alliance City Living (appointed building management) not sending management packs or responding to enquiries in a timely fashion. I've had accepted offers twice, both times the clock has run down and the buyer has moved on. I'm left feeling sick.

Ensure you get everything in the contract, they will try and wriggle out of every commitment the sales team tells you. Check your property size they will miss-sell the size. Snags do not get addressed in a timely manor, still waiting over 1 year with a list of long as my arms. The company is basically a scam.
