Absolutely awful to work for , they accuse good decent people of bad things they haven’t done , when your a good worker and never had time off , they bully the younger staff , such a bad negative environment . Do not let anyone treat you like this . There’s much more to life than alliance healthcare , they are not worth it !!!

I used to work for alliance and the communication is non existent. The amount of problems I tried to put across whilst out on route was totally ignored, certain management shouldn’t be in management positions. I left recently and they haven’t paid my outstanding wages, I have chased chased and chased more trying to sort this issue out and I am being totally ignored. ACAS involved. Do not deal or work with this company, the worst experience, very selective with what they want to deal with and sort out, they respond to what they only want to respond to.

Commercial department absolutely rubbish. Cant get through to them left several messages nobody bothers to get back to you and keep adding on surcharges every month for no reason! Once you finally get through to them on the phone No one knows what's going on keep transferring line from one person to another and still waiting to hear from someone to get to the bottom of this! Extremely disappointed

We live in a small village (Slip end, Beds) were the majority of houses were built before cars, causing a scarcity of parking places for residents. An alliance healthcare van (VW sprinter L4) is constantly parked overnight in our narrow, congested road, taking up kerb-space of nearly three normal cars. When we contacted the company about their long, tall, commercial vehicle, inappropriately parked in a residential area, we were told there was no alternative as the driver had to take his van home at night. I've just been reading the oily platitudes on their website: "Respect, integrity and candor guide our actions to do the right thing.", OBVIOUSLY ONLY SOMETIMES, IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES!

NEVER DELIVER OUR GOODS ON TIME (to an independent pharmacy) BUT THEY ALWAYS DELIVER TO BOOTS!!!!!!! Everytime our driver is away they have problems delivering. This has happened on at least 4 occassions this year alone. On one occassions they assured me they would send a courier as they had failed to deliver my morning and afternoon delivery which contained medication for a kidney transplant patient, the courier failed to show up and as a result I had to send my patient to A&E. I phoned approximately one week ago to ask for details of all the dates and times I phoned to make the same complaint so I could put it in writing to them and they had failed to record them as complaints and did not want to go through the call logs for all calls I had made. I feel I have been left no choice but to write to the pharmaceutical journal and also a newspaper as this is appaling service from a company that in some cases may be delivering items for which people depend on to live.
