Showed them the bolt I needed but shorter and without a hole and they found one instantly. I may have been a simple thing for them, but for me it saved me a massive amount of drama and time wasting.     The staff couldn't have been more helpful.I had to wait a short while whilst they sorted out my order but was kept appraised of the situation by other staff members. My only gripe would be that the coffee machine was out of order. Would definitely return when i next need any fixings.
